María reached out with a very early-stage idea for an internal order-management product. At that point there were barely any wireframes — let alone code.

The process

For six weeks we iterated weekly: every Monday we reviewed what was built the previous week and prioritised the next block. We used a shared Kanban board to keep visibility high.

Results

• Time to production: 11 weeks (vs. the ~20 weeks the previous team had estimated).
• Internal NPS for the team using it: +62.
• Reduction in manual order errors: 73 %.
